Tuning in to what our bodies need, tuning up our interoceptive awareness and learning to tune out some of the noise in our daily lives. We nurture our physical, mental and emotional well-being through an intuitive breath-led somatic yoga flow, spiralling into points of resistance to encourage tension release and to prepare us for a deep and nourishing relaxation. We consider the role of secure foundations, of taking support in postures and of finding precious moments of stillness, for our internal balance. Hands on assists are offered to support your experience of deep release.
The beautiful space is warm and welcoming, fairy-lit and fragrant, All props & blankets are provided, Please bring your own mat if you have one, but mats are also available to borrow on the night.
In-person class, Wednesdays 7 - 8 pm, Main Hall, Abbey Church, High Street, North Berwick, EH39 4AD.
Suitable for all levels. Options will be offered to accommodate different levels of experience and individual ranges of motion.
